Review (RJ): “This is just stupendous work. Having seen both Doctor Who and Torchwood, I can appreciate just how intensive the editing is and how much thought you put into the structure of the video. The parallels you’ve drawn between the two shows and the actions and experiences of the central characters is simply stunning. Stephen’s death morphing into the Master’s “birth” at 2:32, for example. Breathtaking! I didn’t need to read the description to understand what you were doing here. I love that the first verse focuses on Jack, then the second verse on the Doctor, and from there the two shows and characters come together in an explosive buildup to the end. I’m also very impressed with the attention to lyrical interpretation, especially the sequence from 1:34 to 1:41. This is simply one of the most powerful and creative character studies I’ve seen.”
